Continuity? That's what you said at the press conference. But why would anyone expect that?






Run the team into the ground. Instead of hiring a general manager to run the team, hire coaches on your own based on your great knowledge of the game.

So now Greg Williams and Al Saunders get the boot, and a new offensive coordinator gets hired BEFORE THE HEAD COACH.
