HAIL TO THE REDSKINS
WASHINGTON
Life in the Diplomatic Corps is never easy. The Skinny White Guy was meeting with a trade delegation in Brussels when the secure phone from Washington rang.
"Skinny this is POTUS," the voice said. "The Redskins are playing the Seahawks in the NFC Wildcard game. I told Dan Snyder that all of the resources of the U.S. Government are at his disposal. The team needs you. I want you to high-tail it to the Emerald City."
A military jet was waiting when he arrived at the undisclosed NATO air base.
Then it was on to Seattle.
He went right to work helping Greg Williams with the Defense and then worked with the Special Teams.
