ON THE ELECTION TRAIL
When Bubba signed on to help the Junior Senator from New York in her bid for the Democratic nomination, he assured her that he had more than one trick up his sleeve. "We've got to get ugly early," he said.
First he had her cry at a rally. "That will force the rest of the candidates to show their feminine side," he said.
"Can you see Bill Richardson trying to cry on cue? The only way they can pull that off is to steal the box of Krispy Kreme doughnuts he keeps stashed on his bus."
Then he went after the Junior Senator from Illinois...
It was ugly and personal.
Bubba was relentless...
But will it work in the long run?
Meanwhile after the Florida Primary, Rudy develops a new plan...
